This is page 2 of 12. "Eternity" begins here.

It takes time to perfectly age wine. Yet if it is aged too long, the fruit taste becomes weak while the acidity gets too strong.

Jesus created the wine in the time it took the servants to fill the barrels with water. And Jesus' wine was far superior to the best wine at the wedding.

At the great feast, the wine we will drink will be the most perfect wine anyone has ever tasted. There won't be any wasted wine either. God will create exactly the amount needed for all to enjoy.

I wonder if the rest of the banquet will be created in the same fashion.

At that time God will do away with the curse that is now on the earth. No more death, tears or mockery for the child of God.

Isaiah 25:7, 8 - There he will remove the cloud of gloom, the shadow of death that hangs over the earth.

- He will swallow up death forever! The Sovereign Lord will wipe away all tears. He will remove forever all insults and mockery against his land and people.

Philippians 3:20, 21 - But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.

- He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control.

The Mount of transfiguration;

Matt. 17:2 - As the men watched, Jesus’ appearance was transformed so that his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as light.

Will we shine like Jesus did?

Matt. 13:43 - “Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Whoever has ears, let them hear.”

Daniel 12:3 - “Those who are wise will shine as bright as the sky, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever.”

Jesus’ resurrected body looked normal.

He even had to convince his very disciples that it was him. So our bodies will look much like we look now.

Luke 24:39, 40 - "Look at my hands. Look at my feet. You can see that it’s really me. Touch me and make sure that I am not a ghost, because ghosts don’t have bodies, as you see that I do.”

- As he spoke, he showed them his hands and his feet.
